For our first remodeling project, we didn’t know anything about contractors or the remodeling process. We heard from others who had been through a remodel, some bad experiences so we were worried about who to trust. We interviewed several contractors and then we met Orlando from DeWolf Construction. He had a calm demeanor, took the time to explain what the process would look like (permits, inspections, timelines, etc.), and the pricing was reasonable. We started out with one project to see how it would go which was a primary bath remodel. Orlando walked us through each phase, told us which one of his team members would be coming to the house, proved to be trustworthy, dependable, stayed on schedule, and was very responsive. Also, the quality of work was excellent. Lastly, if we brought an issue to his attention, he corrected it right away because he truly wants the homeowner to have a wonderful experience. Because of the great experience we had with the first project, we contracted with him to do two more bathrooms and a kitchen remodel. We highly recommend DeWolf Construction.
